Frequently Asked Questions
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. I am in network with the following insurance plans:
Aetna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Mass General Brigham Health Plan, UMR, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Anthem, Meritain Health, GEHA, Oxford, Oscar, and All Savers Insurance.
There may be additional plans covered if they are affiliated with Optum, Aetna, or Blue Cross Blue Shield.
The best way to confirm coverage is to contact your insurance provider directly and provide them with my National Provider Identifier (NPI): 1073104279.
I am not in network with the following plans:
Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts, Wellsense, and others.
Please note that your plan may include a deductible and/or co-pay. I encourage you to verify your benefits directly with your insurance company.
I want to work with you, but you’re not in network with my insurance. What are my options?
My self-pay fees are:
$185 for a 60-minute session
$160 for a 45-minute session
If you have out-of-network benefits, I am happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
At this time, I do not offer a sliding scale.
What type of therapy do you practice?
I am an OCD and anxiety specialist and provide evidence-based treatments, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP)
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
I take a hands-on, collaborative approach and work closely with clients to set clear, achievable goals that we practice both in and between sessions.
I have other mental health conditions in addition to OCD or anxiety (e.g., PTSD, depression, eating disorders, ADHD, autism, addiction, bipolar disorder). Will that be an issue?
I have experience working with all of the conditions listed above and more. Every person’s situation is unique, and I encourage you to reach out so we can determine whether I am the best fit for you at this time.
Depending on your presentation, I may recommend stabilizing the symptoms causing the greatest impairment before beginning focused OCD or anxiety treatment. In some cases, I may suggest working with an additional therapist or having a treatment team to support our work together.
For example, if you are struggling with an eating disorder or disordered eating, I will require collaboration with your primary care provider and a registered dietitian.
What ages do you work with?
I currently work with older adolescents (17+) and adults.
Do you offer couples or family counseling?
At this time, I do not offer couples or family therapy. Occasionally, I may invite a loved one or support person to join a session for psychoeducation around how to best support you, but I do not provide ongoing couples or family treatment.
Can we meet every other week?
I typically recommend starting with weekly sessions for at least the first month in order to build momentum and make meaningful progress toward your goals.
How do I get on your waitlist?
As of January 25, 2026, my waitlist is approximately 2–3 months.
